Julian Reynolds Great Reserve
Grape varieties: Alicante Bouschet, Syrah, Trincadeira and Aragonez.
Vinification: After harvesting, the grapes are completely destemmed and rigorously selected. Fermentation takes place in large French oak vats at a controlled temperature.
Aging: 18 months in French oak barrels.
Colour: Ruby.
Aroma: The bouquet reveals wild berries, forest fruits, a hint of oak, spices, leather, and tobacco.
Flavour: Full-bodied and concentrated, yet well-balanced, with creamy tannins, dense structure, and mineral notes. Refreshing acidity contributes to a long, persistent, and flavorful finish.
Serve: 16⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Grilled meats, game, and rich, flavorful dishes.
