Insula Como Deus Fez Terrantez do Pico
Grape varieties: Terrantez do Pico.
Vinification: Gentle pressing of whole bunches, with separation of the initial and final must. Decanting after 12 hours of sedimentation. Fermentation in stainless steel and used French oak barrels.
Aging: 12 months on fine lees.
Colour: Citrine.
Aroma: Delicate, floral and citrusy nose.
Flavour: Enveloping in the mouth, with vibrant freshness and very salty.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Grilled fish, salads and fresh seafood.
