IL Marroneto Madonna delle Grazie Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2021
Grape varieties: Sangiovese.
Vinification: In Allier oak vats. Gentle initial pumping over, continued once spontaneous fermentation has begun in the least invasive way possible, for approximately 20/22 days.
Aging: 25-hectolitre oak barrels for 40 months, followed by 10 months in the bottle.
Colour: Ruby open.
Aroma: Great depth, combining the pleasantness of Sangiovese with a complexity typical of great wines.
Flavour: A classic wine, displaying great elegance, a full-bodied structure and a gentle tannic maturity that enhances its depth without losing any of its freshness.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage (30 years).
Harmonisation: Red meats, game, charcuterie and aged cheeses.
