Humanitas Reserva Branco is a wine made from the Antão Vaz and Arinto grape varieties, aged on fine lees and batonnage. Dense and elegant, with balanced acidity and a slight unctuousness, it has light notes of toasted bread, as well as hints of exotic fruit and passion fruit, ending with a long, fresh finish.

    Humanitas Reserve White

    Grape varieties: Antão Vaz and Arinto
    Vinification: Fermentation in French oak barrels.
    Aging: Ageing on fine lees with bâtonnage.
    Colour: Citrine with greenish reflections.
    Aroma: Intense minerality with soft notes of toasted bread. Fruity, exotic with notes of passion fruit.
    Flavour:     Strong acidity, well integrated with strong unctuosity. Dense and elegant wine. Very long and fresh finish.

    Serve: 10⁰ a 12⁰.
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.

    Harmonisation: Oven-roasted fish, seafood rice and stews.
