Guímaro Camiño Real
Grape varieties: Mencía 80% , Garnacha, Caiño, Sousón.
Vinification: Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and with stems in tanks made of different materials.
Aging: Wood deposits of various sizes for about 7 months.
Colour: Bright cherry.
Aroma: Explosive and fragrant, with aromas of red fruits such as strawberries and cherries, accompanied by floral notes.
Flavour: Vibrant and fresh, with a subtle minerality that gives it a fluid and pleasant profile.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: White and red meats, game roasts.
