    Gloria Reynolds Art & Tradition Tinto

    Grape varieties: Alicante Bouschet.
    Vinification: After harvesting, the grapes are completely destemmed and rigorously selected. Fermentation takes place in large French oak vats at a controlled temperature.
    Aging: 24 months in French oak barrels.
    Colour: Dark Ruby.
    Aroma: The bouquet reveals notes of menthol, blackberry, and plum, as well as chocolate, coffee, and cola.
    Flavour:  Full-bodied and concentrated, with lots of black fruit and some notes of evolution.


    Serve: 16-18⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.


    Harmonisation: Carnes grelhadas maturadas, borrego no forno.
