Aging: Approximately 14 months in steel and 500-litre casks.
Colour: Ruby bright.
Aroma: Small red berries, forest floor and violets.
Flavour: Elegant, smooth and fresh, with a long finish.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Red meat, ossobuco, and cheese.
