    Giulia Negri Barolo Serradenari Magnum 2019

    Grape varieties: Nebbiolo.
    Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation (with approximately 40 days of maceration) in 60 HL truncated conical wooden vats.
    Aging: 30 months in 25 HL Slavonian oak barrels.
    Colour: Ruby open.
    Aroma: Extremely floral, with notes of violets and roses, orange peel and wild strawberries.
    Flavour: Bold and concentrated, with very fine tannins and a long, bright finish.


    Serve: 16 to 18⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.


    Harmonisation: Red meat, ossobuco, pasta and cheese.
