Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation (with approximately 40 days of maceration) in 60 HL conical wooden vats.
Aging: 24 months in 25 HL Slavonian oak barrels.
Colour: Ruby open.
Aroma: Red fruits and slightly floral, forest floor, tar and earthy clay.
Flavour: Structured with vibrant acidity, tart red fruit and fresh herbs, fresh and elegant.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Red meat, ossobuco, pasta and cheese.
