Aging: 12 months in stainless steel.
Colour: Very open ruby colour.
Aroma: Intense fresh nose, notes of bitter red fruit, pomegranate and hints of graphite.
Flavour: Very fine tense attack, elegant, lots of depth and tension. A red that shows that the Alentejo can be something else.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: A red wine with good acidity, good for complex fatty fish and potted meats.
