Fitapreta Baga ao Sol
Grape varieties: Baga
Vinification: The grapes are gently crushed and gravity-fed into the vat. Cold pre-maceration. Spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. 30-day ‘Cuivason’.
Aging: 12 months in stainless steel.
Colour: Open ruby colour.
Aroma: An Alentejo berry, rustic as it should be, but warmer, with a different level of ripeness.
Flavour: No contact with barrels, which allows us to taste this unique grape variety in a more southerly region, as we've never seen it before.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Pot meats, game and lamb. Where the freshness of the berry cuts through the fat.
