    Aging: 3 years before disgorging.
    Colour: Salmon pink.
    Aroma: Extensive aroma, born in an unexpected and daring way.
    Flavour: Exceptional on tasting, we discovered harmony between the pastry notes and the red fruit tart. On the palate, it has floral notes with hints of dried fruit. Extremely delicate and subtle, with fine, elegant bubbles.
