Famille Grossot Chablis
Grape varieties: Chardonnay.
Vinification: Natural fermentation with native yeasts, followed by malolactic fermentation and a long maturation period to integrate the aromas. If necessary, refinement with bentonite, followed by cold stabilisation and cross-flow filtration.
Aging: 14 to 18 months in stainless steel.
Colour: Lemon yellow.
Aroma: Aromas of white-fleshed fruits such as pear and green apple, with delicate floral notes. Hints of lemon peel and flint, typical of the Chablis terroir, lend a very seductive mineral freshness.
Flavour: Round and delicious, with good acidity, which gives them freshness and a pleasant balance.
Serve: 10⁰ a 11⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Fish dishes, salads, seafood and white meats.
