Vinification: Colheita manual, fermentação com leveduras indígenas seguida e maceração longa com pouca manipulação.
Aging: 12 meses em barricas de carvalho francês de 500 litros.
Colour: Ruby open.
Aroma: Red fruits such as strawberry, raspberry and pomegranate, citrus fruits such as grapefruit and orange zest, as well as a hint of minerality.
Flavour: Firm, velvety tannins combined with vibrant acidity that enhance an elegant, chalky texture.
Serve: 16⁰
Consumption: First mate or guard (2035).
Harmonisation: White meats, game, charcuterie and as an appetiser.
