Comando G La Bruja
Grape varieties: Garnacha.
Vinification: Hand-picked, fermented with indigenous yeasts separated by plots in open oak vats, with an average maceration period of 30 days.
Aging: 8 months in 15-60HL oak barrels.
Colour: Ruby open.
Aroma: Aromas of fresh cherries and strawberries, accompanied by a hint of citrus such as orange peel, as well as mineral notes.
Flavour: On the palate, it has a pleasant freshness and lightness, fruity notes, as well as a rustic touch with herbaceous notes suggestive of spices.
Serve: 16⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Red and white meats, mushrooms and rice dishes.
