Aging: 18 meses em barricas de carvalho francês (75%) e carvalho americano (25%).
Colour: Concentrated violet.
Aromas: Warm, intense notes of ripe black fruit and spices.
Flavour: Full-bodied, with balanced acidity and tannins that are present and round at the end of the tasting.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Storage.
Harmonisation: Red meats, typical Alentejo cuisine, game in the oven.
