Grape varieties: Tinto Fino.
Vinification: Hand-picked, trodden by foot and macerated in stone presses, spontaneous fermentation.
Aging: 12 months in oak casks.
Colour: Cherry with violet hues.
Aroma: Expressive nose with notes of red fruit, floral touches and a pronounced mineral touch reminiscent of clay.
Flavour: Very fresh on the palate, with medium structure, it is very elegant on the palate, without any opulence, long and persistent.
Serve: 16⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Risottos and rice dishes, lamb chops, partridge pâté.
