Grape varieties: Old Vines (1936) made from Albillo Mayor (predominantly), Valenciano Blanco, Moscatel, Palomino Fino and Pirules.
Vinification: Hand-picked, trodden by foot and macerated in stone presses, spontaneous fermentation.
Aging: 12 months in oak casks.
Colour: Straw yellow.
Aroma: Mature nose with notes of ripe apple, floral and aniseed touches, and a vegetal background that provides great elegance and harmony.
Flavour: Balanced on the palate, with weight, long and persistent. A serious wine, ready for bottle ageing.


Serve: 16⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.


Harmonisation: Japanese food, fish dishes.
