Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels.
Colour: Intense garnet with slight violet hues.
Aroma: Complex and elegant, it presents nobility as a result of the long months of maturation in barrels and bottle.
Flavour: Fruity, elegant and excellent volume in the mouth with a distinct persistence on the finish.
Serve: 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Goes well with grilled or stewed red meat, game with fur or feathers and matured cheeses.
