Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Alfrocheiro and Jaen.
Vinification: Grape selection, fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control for 6 weeks.
Aging: 22 months in French oak barrels.
Colour: Ruby.
Aroma: Rich and complex, with notes of black pepper and red and wild fruits, minerals and wet stone. Well-integrated wood, with smoky notes.
Flavour: Gritty and lively, complex and structured, yet refined and elegant. Well-integrated tannins and good acidity, with a long finish.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Spicy dishes, pepper steak, red meat, game, vegetarian options.
