Bimbache Grand Cruz del Calvario
Grape varieties: Verijadiego Blanco and Lístan Blanco.
Vinification: The wine ferments spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats.
Aging: Matured in oak barrels of different sizes for nine months.
Colour: Straw yellow.
Aroma: Complex and spicy aromatic profile, with notes of green apple, pear and citrus fruits, complemented by mineral nuances and a hint of herbaceousness.
Flavour: It is a deep, tense and very salty wine. Despite its striking structure, it remains light and refreshing, with a greater volume in the mouth than previous vintages.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Seafood, grilled fish and sushi.
