Bimbache Miguelito Jackson
Grape varieties: Baboso Negro, Vijariego Negro and Listán Negro.
Vinification: The grapes are partially destemmed, and alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with indigenous yeasts.
Aging: Aged for 6 months in stainless steel.
Colour: Ruby open.
Aroma: Subtle notes of pomegranate, fresh cherry and raspberry, blending with herbaceous notes of fennel and thyme, as well as a volcanic mineral background.
Flavour: A deceptively light wine, juicy, linear and lively, with a vibrant acidity that makes it refreshing and gastronomic. The finish is dry and slightly spicy.
Serve: 13 a 14⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: White meat, grilled fish and tapas.
