Arvad Negra Mole Red
Grape varieties: Negra Mole.
Vinification: Hand-picked into 15kg boxes, grape selection and fermentation for 15 days at 22ºC followed by maceration for 4 weeks.
Aging: Aged in 750-litre clay amphorae for 8 months.
Colour: Ruby open.
Aroma: Aromas of fresh strawberries, cherries and raspberries, enveloped in subtle and enchanting notes of clay (earth) and some aromatic herbs, which give it a unique character.
Flavour: On the palate, it displays all the elegance of the grape variety; it is vibrant, very smooth and has an acidity that makes it light and pleasant. It has medium longevity, with a finish that evokes the freshness of the Atlantic.
Serve: 12⁰ to 14⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Appetisers, salads, pizzas, baked or grilled fish dishes (such as baked sardines or seared tuna).
