Argiano Rosso di Montalcino DOC 2022
Grape varieties: Sangiovese 100%.
Vinification: Cold pre-fermentation maceration followed by spontaneous fermentation. Skin maceration for 10 days in temperature-controlled steel vats.
Aging: French oak barrels (10-50 hl) for around 6 to 9 months.
Colour: Ruby open.
Aroma: Fresh and vibrant, with aromas of red fruits, as well as a touch of citrus and spice on the finish.
Flavour: The palate is fresh and balanced, as well as harmonious and flavoursome. It's a gastronomic and versatile wine.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Pasta and veal carpaccio. Great gastronomic versatility.
