Argiano Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Vigna del Suolo 2019
Grape varieties: Sangiovese 100%.
Vinification: Cryomaceration for four days, fermentation and maceration in cement vats for three weeks. Malolactic fermentation in concrete.
Aging: 12 months in 12 hl French oak ovoid casks and 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels.
Colour: Ruby open.
Aroma: Extremely complex nose with typical fruity and floral notes, such as roses, violets, and orange blossom.
Flavour: The tannic texture is extremely fine and silky, as well as salty and very persistent.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage (20 years).
Harmonisation: Veal carpaccio, Fiorentina steak, and well-seasoned Parmesan cheeses.
