    António Madeira Vinhas Velhas White 2023

    Grape varieties: Old vines (20 grape varieties).
    Vinification: Vinification and aging without the addition of sulfites or oenological products. Alcoholic fermentation by indigenous yeasts.
    Aging: 600/500 litre barrels for 11 months, followed by a further 8 months in stainless steel.
    Colour: Lemon yellow.
    Aroma: Deep, lots of character, pure fruit, pears, peaches, citrus, fennel, ginger, gunpowder, wet granite.
    Flavour: Fresh, tense, crystalline, elegant and full-bodied, with a salty mouth that begs for another glass. A flavoursome, long and intense finish of wet granite.


    Serve: 10-12⁰
    Consumption: Immediate.


    Harmonisation: Gastronomic. Oven-baked fish, cod, poultry, and white meats. Serra da Estrela cheese.
