Grape varieties: Red and white grapes Old Vines.
Vinification: Vinified as a red wine, 100% destemmed and cold pre-fermentation maceration for 4-5 days, fermentation begins. 15 days of skin contact (red and white grapes) until the end of alcoholic fermentation, without fining or filtering.
Aging: 8 in stainless steel tub.
Colour: Intense.
Aroma: Marvellous aromas of ripe, sweet berries, with some floral notes of cherry.
Flavour: Pure, lively and quite intense, with beautiful cherry and wild fruit notes. It has a slight effervescence because this wine was aged in stainless steel.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Game dishes, white meats and fish.
