António Madeira A Palheira Red

Colour: Ruby.
Aroma: Granite surrounded by fruit, with floral notes of great elegance and sensations of aromatic herbs and pine forest appearing with aeration.
Flavour: Great depth in the mouth, fresh and flavoursome, very fine tannins. Granitic finish, with great presence. Dão Serra da Estrela at its finest.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Cod dishes, lamb, duck, red and white meats.
