António Braga Trifásico Tinto Douro
Grape varieties: Mourisco Roxo, Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional.
Vinification: After fermentation of Mourisco, Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca grapes are added to the fermented grapes, undergoing a second fermentation and subsequent ageing in barrels.
Aging: French oak barrels used for 10 months.
Colour: Young ruby colour with a bluish edge.
Aroma: Aroma expressivo de frutos vermelhos, muito fresco.
Flavour: Broad mouthfeel, with balanced, fully integrated tannins and a mature profile, as well as expressive notes of ripe red fruit on the palate, in a long, balanced finish.
Serve: 14⁰ to 16⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage (10 years).
Harmonisation: Red meat, baked meat dishes.
