António Braga Ipiranga Douro Branco
Grape varieties: Rabigato, Gouveio and Arinto.
Vinification: Wine produced using three winemaking methods: 1 – pressing followed by static settling and fermentation after racking; 2 – pneumatic pressing, without static settling, followed by fermentation with all the lees; 3 – five days’ skin contact, with fermentation completed without the cap. This blend was created to achieve a balance between texture, body and the integration of acidity.
Aging: 12 months in used barrels, with occasional stirring.
Colour: Yellow in colour, with a pale citrus hue.
Aroma: A restrained and taut nose, with elegant floral notes and a subtle hint of Williams pear, well integrated and enveloped by notes from barrel ageing that add complexity.
Flavour: Na boca é vibrante e tenso, equilibrado por um perfil amplo e texturado. Final sério e gastronomicamente seco e persistente.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage (10 years).
