    Adega 23 Síria Branco

    Grape varieties: Síria.
    Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel vats, with temperature control at 16 degrees.
    Aging: Stainless steel.
    Colour: Citrus colour. 
    Aroma: Aroma of ripe fruit, with notes of apple and pear.
    Flavour: The palate is fresh and balanced.

    Serve: 10 to 12⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or ageing (great potential for evolution in the bottle).

    Harmonisation: Roast fish, seafood rice, white meat.
