Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel vats, with temperature control at 16 degrees.
Aging: Stainless steel.
Colour: Citrus colour.
Aroma: Fruity aroma with notes of green apple and lychee.
Flavour: Fresh mineral palate and good persistence.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or ageing (great potential for evolution in the bottle).
Harmonisation: Roast fish, white meat and pasta.
