Colour: Yellow champagne with amber
reflections.
Aroma: Delicate with a pleasant minerality. The generous aroma of shortcrust pastry is balanced by notes of yellow fruit.
Flavour: A smooth champagne with superb exuberance and vibrant bubbles. A flavour of yellow fruits that can be enjoyed on the nose, very fresh, as well as a subtle salinity.
Serve: 6⁰ a 8⁰
