Aging: 36 months with degorgement on the label date.
Colour: Clear with a slightly aged gold colour.
Aroma: Good maturity and aromatic complexity that opens with notes of dried fruit and spring honey. A light touch of brioche on the balanced finish.
Flavour: A champagne with a subtle union of richness perceived on the first nose, with underlying freshness, as well as a long aftertaste.
Serve: 6⁰ a 8⁰
