Branco da Gaivosa Grand Reserve
Grape varieties: Malvasia Fina, Gouveio, Avesso e Arinto.
Aging: 20 months in new and second year French oak barrels.
Colour: Straw yellow.
Aroma: Floral aroma, with a touch of lychee and great minerality. The wood comes through in a very subtle and classy way.
Flavour: Complex, fresh and elegant. A classy white wine with great gastronomic aptitude.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Baked fish dishes and white meats.
