Aroma: Complex aroma, with hints of dark fruit and aromas of woodland flowers, mineral and spicy.
Flavour: The palate is textured, with powerful noble tannins, well-integrated acidity and a very long finish.
Serve: 16⁰ to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage (10 to 30 years)
Harmonization: Grilled or roasted meat dishes.
