    Grape varieties: Old Vines.
    Aging: 6 months in 600L French oak barrels.
    Colour: Bright.
    Aroma: Complex, mineral, with ripe fruit and a slight toasted touch, which gives it elegance.
    Flavour:  Very ripe fruit, very voluminous and elegant, with a natural acidity that maintains a long, balanced and persistent aftertaste.
    Harmonisation: Bacalhau assado no forno, peixes grelhados, carnes brancas, risotto, língua de vaca ou leitão.


    Serve: 10 to 12⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.
