Mira do Ó Outrora Raro

Mira do Ó “Outrora” Raro Bairrada is a single-vineyard wine sourced from the century-old vineyards of the Cadoiços Valley. Fermented in a wine press and subjected to gentle extraction, this is a taut, deep wine, dominated by iodine and mineral notes, cherry and hints of dark chocolate and black pepper, alongside soft tannins and vibrant acidity.
