Vinification: After harvesting, the grapes are completely destemmed and rigorously selected. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled French oak barrels.
Aging: French oak barrels.
Colour: Straw yellow.
Aroma: The bouquet reveals notes of ripe tropical fruits (pineapple), white fruits, a hint of minerality, honey, and vanilla.
Flavour: On the palate, it is full-bodied and structured, with a creamy texture. The freshness balances the richness of the fruit, culminating in a long, persistent, and elegant finish with a subtle balsamic touch.
Serve: 10-12⁰
