El Enemigo is a project created by Adrianna Catena and Alejandro Vigil, with the aim of creating wines that reflect the freshness and character of each plot, in a pure expression of the terroir.
Located in Maipú, in the heart of the Mendoza region, it is renowned both for its winemaking innovation and its respect for winemaking tradition, valuing classic methods such as the use of amphorae and old casks, resulting in complex, deep and long-lasting wines.
