Vinhos Imperfeitos D&V CODE White

Vinhos Imperfeitos D&V CODE White was born out of an insatiable thirst to produce wines with a unique character and distinctive characteristics. Believing that there is much to do in the oenological world and thinking of wines that are different from the usual, we present the D&Vcode 2018 White wine, made from grapes from two different regions: Dão and Vinhos Verdes. The aim is to bring together in a single bottle the best we can get from both worlds, believing that unity is strength.

    Vinhos Imperfeitos D&V CODE White

    Grape varieties: Encruzado, Malvasia-Fina, Esgana Cão, Avesso and Alvarinho.
    Vinification: Careful selection, slow pressing of the grapes with stems, followed by fermentation with indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature.
    Aging: Used French oak barrels.
    Colour: Citric.
    Aroma: Clear floral aroma accompanied by obvious mineral notes.
    Flavour: With great precision and good acidity in the mouth, it conveys genuine freshness and balance, as well as a long, complex finish.

    Serve: 16 to 18⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.

    Harmonisation: Grilled fish dishes, seafood, white meats and vegetarian dishes.
