Textura Pura White 2019 Magnum
Grape varieties: Encruzado (70%), Old Vines (15%), Bical and Cerceal-Branco (15%).
Aging: Fermented in French oak barrels (70%) and cement (30%), aged for 11 months in "sur lie" without batonnage, then placed in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.
Colour: Bright greenish.
Aroma: Delicate citrus flavours, mainly lemon and lime, as well as cedar, pepper and oak.
Flavour: Crisp acidity and minerality, it shows great potential despite the concentration of old vines that are still young, dense and creamy. Surprisingly long and pleasant.
Serve: 16⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Octopus rice, spicy curry dishes and grilled seafood.
