Carlos Raposo Impecável White
Grape varieties: Encruzado.
Vinification: Careful selection followed by destemming. Gentle pressing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats, as well as malolactic fermentation.
Aging: 6 months in stainless steel
Colour: Citrus yellow, clear and bright.
Aroma: Aromatically intense, with notes of yellow-fleshed fruit such as peach and nectarine, as well as floral notes of jasmine.
Flavour: On the palate, it's very intense aromatically, with firm, well-integrated acidity and a very balanced, persistent finish.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Lightly spiced dishes, red meats, white meats and pasta. Vegetarian suggestions: dishes with tubers (turnips, sweet potatoes, beetroot) and pulses (chickpeas, beans, peas), dishes with cheese. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
