Grape varieties: Bical and Maria Gomes.
Aging: Old 2500 litre wooden barrels for approximately 12 months.
Colour: Lemon yellow.
Aroma: Elegant nose, notes of flint, ripe citrus fruit, spices.
Flavour: Voluminous but very fresh, with generous acidity, complex, long and refined, full of character and distinction. A very special white wine.
Serve: 12⁰ to 14⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Fish, seafood and white meat dishes.
