Textura da Estrela Rose
Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz.
Aging: 11 months in French oak barrels "sur lie" without batonnage, followed by 8 months in stainless steel.
Colour: Onion peel with hints of copper.
Aroma: Slight floral, fresh red fruit with vegetal touches like gooseberry, pomegranate and strawberry leaf.
Flavour: Marked acidity and minerality, with spicy notes of pepper, as well as a creamy and persistent texture, especially very gastronomic.
Serve: 16⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Vegetarian dishes, grilled salmon, sea bass, sushi and codfish dishes.
