    Quinta da Foz White

    Grape varieties: Field Blend de Vinhas Velhas.
    Aging: 9 months in new French oak barrels.
    Colour: Amarela limão.
    Aroma: Fresh and citric, with white-fleshed fruits and light hints of gunpowder, showing a very well integrated barrel.
    Flavour: Minerality and acidity present, with notes of barrel well integrated with excellent volume and a long, persistent finish.

    Serve: 10⁰ a 12⁰.
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.

    Harmonisation: Grilled fish, salads, seafood and white meats.
