Vinha das Penicas White
Grape varieties: Old Vines (Fernão Pires, Bical, Cerceal, Rabo de Ovelha).
Aging: 12 months in cement tanks and used French oak barrels, plus two years in the bottle.
Colour: Golden yellow.
Aroma: Hints of orange blossom, lime, white pepper and honey, as well as chalk, chipped stone and tea notes, plus a slight saltiness.
Flavour: On the palate it is fresh and structured, tense and complex, as well as full of character with a long finish.
Serve: 8 a 10⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Fish dishes, white meats and seafood.
