Textura Constructo
Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional (50%) and Alfrocheiro (50%).
Vinification: Separate fermentations due to different ripening stages between these two grape varieties. 40% whole bunch and macerations of at least 15 days.
Aging: French oak barrels for 18 months.
Colour: Ruby.
Aroma: Deep red fruit with lots of complexity.
Flavour: In the mouth it has good structure and acidity, medium tannins with texture.
Serve: 16⁰
Consumption: Immediate or guard (great potential for evolution).
Harmonisation: Roast veal, grilled meat and octopus.
