Quinta do Sobral Santar Touriga Nacional is a minimally interventionist wine that reflects the terroir of the Dão region. It has notes of berries, spices and floral notes typical of the grape variety, as well as being enveloping, with good acidity and a very elegant mineral background.

    Quinta do Sobral Santar Touriga Nacional

    Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional.
    Vinification: Total destemming for stainless steel vats, where they macerated for 24 hours at low temperature. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts, followed by transfer to French oak barrels.
    Aging: 9 months in new French oak barrels.
    Colour: Ruby.
    Aroma: Notes of berries, spices and floral notes typical of the grape variety.
    Flavour: On the palate, it is enveloping with good acidity and a very elegant mineral background.


    Serve: 16 to 18⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.


    Harmonisation: Red and white meats, cod dishes.
