Quinta de San Michel Névoa de Janas
Grape varieties: Arinto.
Vinification: Manual harvest followed by direct pressing, with fermentation in Hungarian oak barrels.
Aging: Aged on the lees for 12 months, followed by 32 months in the bottle.
Colour: Golden yellow color.
Aroma: An imposing nose, with notes of lemon, peach and dried fruit, as well as gunpowder, wet stone, toast and smoke from the barrel ageing.
Flavour: Explosive, with striking acidity, as well as balanced and with a sapid texture from ageing on the lees. Lots of character, volume and an endless finish.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Octopus rice, roast lamb and rabbit à la chasseur.
